Summary

LinkCAD is a desktop application for Windows and Linux that converts between CAD file formats. This document describes the accessibility features and limitations of the software with respect to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Desktop Application

LinkCAD uses the Qt framework which provides basic accessibility support including:

• Keyboard navigation for all dialogs and controls
• System-level high-contrast mode support
• Screen reader compatibility for standard controls
• Resizable UI elements that respond to system DPI settings

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
• Alt text for all meaningful images
• Sufficient color contrast ratios
• Keyboard-navigable interface
• Responsive design for various screen sizes
